Account Verification: To unlock monetization features and video uploads, you must maintain a verified account. This includes verifying your email address via our secure authentication pipeline.
Unauthorized Access: You are responsible for safeguarding your account details (including Google Sign-In sessions). You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your email or profile.
Ownership: You retain full ownership and copyright of any video clips you upload to CheeseClip.
Our License to Operate: To host your videos, transcode them into mobile-compatible formats, and stream them to viewers, you grant CheeseClip a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, stream, reproduce, and display your content on our network.
Removal: You can delete your clips at any time. Once deleted, our license terminates, though cached versions may persist in our cloud storage buckets for a brief technical window.
Revenue Share: Users can generate income from their uploaded clips based on ad revenue, view metrics, or tipping mechanics specified on the dashboard. CheeseClip reserves the right to adjust the revenue split matrix with prior notice.
Payout Processing: Payments are routed through our authorized third-party payment gateways. You must provide accurate payout information to receive funds.
Taxes: You are independently responsible for reporting and paying any local, national, or international taxes associated with the income you generate on CheeseClip.
Forfeiture: If your account is terminated due to a strict breach of these Terms (e.g., uploading stolen content or manipulating view counts), all pending or accrued earnings will be permanently forfeited.
You agree that you will not upload, post, or transmit any video clips that:
Infringe upon any third-party copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
Depict illegal acts, extreme violence, self-harm, or explicit adult content.
Contain malicious code, exploits, or try to disrupt our cloud backend networks.
The Malicious Intent Rule: You may not use automated scripts or bots to artificially inflate view counts, bypass upload guards, or scrape user data from our databases.
We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, delete your uploaded clips, and freeze earnings if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or pose a security risk to other users.
CheeseClip is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. While we use advanced cloud infrastructure and optimized storage networks, we do not guarantee that the video streaming service will be completely uninterrupted, secure, or free of data bugs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheeseClip shall not be liable for any lost profits, lost data, or server downtime.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our technology or legal requirements. We will notify you of any material updates by updating the date at the top of this page or via an in-app dashboard notification. Continued use of the platform after updates implies acceptance.
